Hah! I'm not sharing! Not sharing is caring nowadays.

Color me intrigued on the bed camper. I've been leaning towards an enclosed trailer conversion. Full size matress in it for me and the wife and a kitchen out the rear door.

I figure I will be in this thing for a lot less than a dedicated off-road camper. I've had some buddies donate some parts. I'm working a shit ton this next month, so I hope to buy a thing or two for it afterwards.

I can dig it. cheaper is better in my book. I do like the idea of the decked in the camper. Means you don't need to build a sleeping platform, just toss a futon on top.
The more I think about how I want to build the enclosed, the less of a cheap idea it is lol. I mean, just for the trailer is gonna be around 2500-3000+/-. Then I gotta think about power management, lighting, a/c, if i want to add heat, water tanks, if i want an outdoor shower, the list goes on...and on....and on!!

I bought a torch and some alumiweld. I plan to get the six drill holes on the roof of the shell filled in next week when I start my 6 off.

Got the cab side header rail from @HAVOC today. I put it on when I woke up. Tomorrow's goal is to get the 6 holes in the roof grazed in. No pic since it's dark....and everyone knows what it looks like anyway

I got the bedsides pulled. I've decide to do the tintable Raptor liner. I beat the bigger dents out. It's not SEMA straight, but after the liner it should look fine.

One of the holes in the roof had a good sized crack. I kept burning through, so I cut out a hole. I got a piece of aluminum to lay over and braze in. It's ugly as hell, but it's working :D
I also laid a piece under it so I could brace it from the bottom.

Got some tires for the trailer. @cubie was kind enough to hold them for me until we can put the lift on my truck.
