Hey Everyone, I am looking for some advice and help with my topper.

I bought my truck with a CTC topper, and one of the windows refuses to shut. The left window shuts and seals no problem, but the right window always has a 1/8" gap (see photos attached).

Has anyone ever had this issue and know how to fix it? I tried adding some silicon grease to the track, and cleaned it out to make sure there isn't any debris.

This was an issue this winter, as when it snowed I would get some snow collecting in the bed.

Well something is preventing the window from closing. My pass thru window wouldn't close all the way once because the tracks bent in preventing it from closing when I hauled some 2x4's. Maybe similar thing is happening here?

Worst case you'll have to take the whole window out and apart to really get in there to see what's going on. But I image you have or will have some free time to do this...

It looks like the glass just slid forward over time, I would put some soapy water in a spray bottle and try to spray it all around the rubber trim holding the glass, work it in if you can gently by prying back the rubber trim. Then put a block of wood on the opposite edge and try tapping it back in place, if you can even do that.
If it’s a solid piece then that method won’t work. Is it a slider?

Try moving the glass with your finger tips, kinda like suction cups. Try picking the glass up and over at the same time.

Different topper but mine does that with the weather seal between the 2 windows hit each other . I have to push them apart and slide back.
