Hey guys so I was installing some led backup lightpods under the rear bumper this weekend. I wired them to the trailer receiver that way I could easily disconnect them if I ever had to. I accidentally shorted the wires and ended up popping some fuses. I initially had no tail, signal, interior dash lights and reverse lights. I've got the reverse lights back aswell as the signals. I replaced the towing tail 30a relay aswell as a 10a fuse in the fusebox in the dash. I've checked all of the fuses with a multimeter and they all seem ok. I have taillights when I remote start the truck, but as soon as I turn the key to on I loose the tails. I also noticed the headlights on light in the guage cluster doesn't come on when I turn on the headlights and the headlights don't turn off automatically when I shut the truck off anymore. I had a p0705 code pop up after this all happened aswell.

Anyone know what I can potentially do to find the problem?

Possibly unrelated to your current issue, unless you have more blown fuses.
