Yes, still got the Toyos. The rims are OEM stock spare wheels 16x7 I believe.
I’ll have to get some better photos for ya!

Thanks, waiting for some switches, and a nice weather window to dive into some wiring. Might even get the big three done this winter, and some 7” Anzo HID lights to replace the IPFs- one took a rock hit on the AlCan- up front, along with some dedicated work lights aft on the receiver cross tube soon as I run some cable back that way. Still chasing down the head light buckets for the 97 upgrade as well. Hopefully by spring...

1st photo The hub to fender on the front is about 22-1/2”, rear about 23” with about 200# in the back and about 150# behind the seat.
The second photo is the closest to a level spot I could find.
The third is the rear fender.

Apologies the pictures could be better, I took them with the IPad and only had 2 hands.

They are 2000-02 OEM Tundra spare wheels- I think later versions (00-04) of the 1st gen spare wheels would fit also.

A view of the 4 AWG cable running to the Blue Sea Aux fuse panel. The whole thing would be alot easier without this monstrous charcoal canister:D659FD5C-75B7-41E8-99E0-B344F9F2C0A4.jpg

Already have the moose & fog light switches in place and hope to get the new lights installed and wired in in the next weather window after a few more items on the honeydo list are done. I really want to get my dash put back together and get the stereo reinstalled- I have some new music I am jonesing to hear.

Well made some progress on the wiring:1CA01848-B9E7-490E-8C6A-6F814B0A5023.jpg
Installed the Anzio HIDs and some fog lights:A6523907-759C-4AC2-B6E8-1A997F1336FF.jpg
Some new work lights mounted on the receiver hitch cross tube aft:BFBBFEB1-7E38-49D1-BC9F-477ED17565B0.jpg
Even a little work on platform access hatches and new (correct fitting) topper clamps:4968C0DC-8EA2-4A65-9FA3-587F305FA88D.jpg

Next up finish off the platform hatches for this version.

Move the moose & fog light relays over by the battery next to where the headlight services relay harness is. It’s kinda busy next to the heater valve, and it looks like there might be a coolant leak in that area, oh happy day.....

Sort out the stereo wiring mess and re install, get some rear speakers installed?

Paint and install the power mirrors- maybe even wire them in- although the quarantine has dried funds up to almost nothing so that could take awhile to get a switch and bits.

Install a 97 grille and Hella sealed beam housings with H4 bulbs

Then more mods for 2001 Ram CTD diesel (dash repair, plumb in auxiliary fuel tank, run some welding cables aft for the trailer winch aft, and of course some more entertaining wiring stuff)
    Remodeling and farm projects...

At least the COVID19 shut down will help me get my backlog of projects caught up, luckily 90% is already paid for...
    Be careful out there folks.

Well today I finally got something to the 60% stage this afternoon.
Mod: install 2000 4Runner power mirrors- heated as well, on the Arctic Taco, mostly secured for fit, I will have to remove and sand them and paint them, and there is still some wiring and harness chasing to do, before they are done.....but they are pretty sweet regardless. Before:

Everything fit quite well, albeit snugly in the standard opening. Only needed to drill a hole for this wee sheet metal screw socket, I will probably end up drilling another hole to put a longer screw in this to allow so more compression of the grommet/gasket seal on the outside.
    Sheet metal screw and socket:

With OEM mirror, you can reuse the stock bolts:

Starting the 97 headlight/grill mod, a fine day to tear into the Taco. D354F722-1799-4CED-8A28-ACB9F204E2BA.jpg
Full on quarantine prep, the upper adjustment screw went somewhat easy, the bull bar was a bit in the way. But it came out pretty good, next up the Side adjustment screw:
    8CADE633-7844-4096-B084-591749997E9B.jpg
Side adjustment screw and plastic nut installed, may need some adjustment plane-wise. Looks like this side (LH)needs some material hogged out in the upper right corner, might try the same on the plastic bucket (thanks Madjik) and see if that might help with the fit, have to remove the Anzo lights to get the grill in and see what other adjustments it needs to look ok.
    RH side:
    940365F4-A7B0-412A-B97D-FC614A0DCFA4.jpg
Second side adjustment screw and nut in place, this one might also need some plane adjustment, we’ll see I guess. You can see in the upper left of the opening where I ground out some of the metal with a Uni-bit , still some shaping to be done. Also still to be done- removing some of the material on the plastic bucket just to see if everything might fit better with the plastic buckets. I would have primed and painted the grill except tit was too windy, but it looks like there is plenty of time to finish this one up, still waiting on the 97 side lights.

When I installed mine I ended up cutting off/grinding down that safety screw.

How did you route the wiring? The stock power taco mirror wiring drops down into the door, and the stock 4runner wiring is supposed to come through the door and then behind the door panel.
The 4runner mirrors have that seal that protrudes far into the door, so I had to notch the aluminum behind that seal and route the wiring down.

I decided to drill out the door panel and will later drill a hole on the inner panel to attempt to use it to get a better seal on the upper weatherstrip part of the mirror.

As far as the wiring goes, haven’t gotten that far yet, as I will probably have to build a harness for that part, and due to budgetary constraints I will most likely be trying to track down the plugs and timer other necessary bits to do the power mirrors and heaters, that said I plan to route the wiring using the existing bundle and modify it as necessary. So down through the door for now and likely for the final bit as well.

Doesn't the mirror base pinch the wiring when you bolt it down? That's why I had to notch the aluminum below the rubber gasket/seal.

Here's the male connector for the 4runner mirrors:
    90980–11492
It uses 4 smaller pins: 82998-12410
    and 2 larger: 82998-12330
but I know you don't need all of those slots, I forget which ones are used.

I wired the heater to a relay triggered by the defrost switch. That way when I turn on the defrost (fan has to be on) it activates the heaters.

What year 4Runner mirrors, I will get a photo tomorrow but it doesn’t look like this one will match with what I have:

Well another one to move into the 80% category, 97’ grill swap (ready for paint), and in this case a better set of side lights. May have to put budget in the title as well....

    3D7FCB9C-03DF-49B5-A7E1-CCB0D9420A5D.jpg

But it is a lot cheaper than this item:

    F784FFAE-43AD-4429-B992-3946B964C07B.jpg

Does better on fuel and goes more places, not quite as laden with creature comforts but...

Hey I never saw this. It should be for 99-02 mirrors, but you're right, that one doesn't look right. However, it's the only one that has larger pins for 3, 6 positions.

Edit: 90980–11493 is the female (mirror side)
    Annotation 2020-05-19 094325.jpg
90980–11492 SHOULD be the male counterpart
    Annotation 2020-05-19 094742.jpg

Did you ever test fit this?
It looks like you got the wrong part number.
    Its 11492 not 11194
