Finally pulled my homemade carbon fiber power tray type fuse block relay mount of the mold last night only to discover i turned the vertical up like the part instead of down like it should have been for a mold. DOPE! Guess that's what happens when you drink six beers doing a one beer job. Damn you Hiwire Brewing and your tasty liquid bread products. Oh well. Time to build another mold.

The beer was good. The dope was bad.

That sounded way worse then intended.

Pretty damn good for a 6-beer project. I think I'll emulate you but with one mod: beer only.

Finally!!!! The Mystery of the Strange MESO Stage 1 Total Tail Light Kit is solved. I got the kit about 3 weeks ago. Installed it - it's an easy plug-and-play harness add and bulb swap on each side; 20 minute job, max. Before I put the tail lights back in place I tested the lights. Right turn signal was great..when I turned on the left it flashed amber on the left but I got a faint white flash on the right. Put the old bulbs back in and reattached the original harness and contacted Stew.

He thought it was a bad harness at first so he mailed me a replacement. It arrived, I installed the kit again...same thing. Reinstalled the original.

Assumed it was a bad lower bulb unit which has both amber/white lights. Mailed me a new one, I installed the kit....same thing. Reinstalled the original.

Checked back with Stew, asked for ideas on the forum. Stew said he had an idea and made another set of harnesses that included, obviously, some type of VooDoo magic...because I installed the kit a few minutes ago with the new harnesses...and it works perfectly.

Stew @MESO is awesome! He truly went out of his way without batting an eye to work through the issue. Oh, and I love the functionality of the new tail light setup! Thanks, Stew!!!!
