I've read it hundreds of times that each truck is a little different. I'm not sure how that's possible from an assembly line but apparently it's true.

Yeah, my research came to the same conclusion here. Mine barely rubbed, barely. I cut out like a 3/4 to 1 1/4 piece of the flap. I cringed every time a big rock flung onto the side of my truck. So, I reinstalled them with the mod.

    Hope yours don’t rub, dude.

Truck looks great! Did you measure or do you know the actual thickness of the supreme spacers you used?? TIA!

I'll do my best, as I have a very basic understanding on how this stuff works.

The rear is just a pair of blocks, simple enough.

The front splits up the lift, there is a very thin top plate spacer, no more than a 1/2". The other ring looking thing goes underneath the spring, so I think it's like a taller spring perch. From my understanding this makes the ride quality better than having only a large preload spacer. As far as the geometry not changing, I dont have the expertise to vouch for that. I can say, however that my 285's dont rub and my alignment is in spec

Edit: I also got go keep the mud flaps on

Its a combo of .5 inch upper spacer and .5 inch preload spacer/collar. The kit does include bumpstop spacers as well. As for functionality idk.

Yes. It was more than I wanted to get into so I had it done professionally, along with an alignment.

going another way, decided to do a small lift after 3 ys. of thinking about it, warrenty ran out,,
i bought a 3/4 in. top strut spacer = 1 1/2 in. lift.. and a 1 in. cast iron rear block... my tires never rubbed before but do when i back up, but i think the front Pro springs have sagged some over 3 yrs.. right now i have a 1 in. rake, it used to be 3/4 in. rake... so this should bring me close to level, very slight rake.. its my DD . so its for looks only..

Odd that it rubs post-lift. Same size tires?

no lift yet, tires started rubbing flaps, went from a 265/70/17 E load.. ridge grapplers to 265/70/17 general grabber's standard load . same size tires, SCS sr8's... will be doing lift when this virus shit is over.. hopefully wont have any issues with only a 1 1/2 front and 1 inch rear lift..

i have the SCS wheels...SR8's 17in. 265/70/17 tires, slight rub when backing up turning wheel on flaps, did not do that when new,, springs settled in 3 yrs time about a 1/2 inch.. no need for CMC

So I've got a 2019 TRD Pro that I've been wanting to do a small lift and either 32" or 33" tires. I have been reading different threads and this one in particular trying to make a decision on which route to go. My truck is my daily driver so I'd like to maintain drive ability. I do like to take it offroad, which mainly is only fire roads and some simple trails. I don't do anything crazy so the factory fox suspension is more than enough for me.

For tires I'm going to go with the wrangler duratracs. In either 265/75/16 or 285/75/16. I've read good reviews on them, they have a half decent aggressive look to them (imo) and plus they're rated for severe snow as well since I have to work even if there's snow.

For the lift I was going to go with a 1" top spacer from headstrong off road.
    https://www.headstrongoffroad.com/store/p30/HS_1/2"_Top_Plate_Spacers_-_TT05512-TPS.html

And for the rear I was going to go with the icon 3 leaf progressive AAL, as opposed to a single AAL which I've read can wear out and start to sag sooner.
    https://www.headstrongoffroad.com/store/p95/Icon_1.5_Inch_Progressive_Add-a-leaf_-_51100_(PAIR).html

Just wanted to get some final opinions before I go through with all the ordering.

I installed a 2" Supreme Suspension on my 18 PRO. Frt shock spacer and rear blocks. All went well with the install and it looks great. Only issue is a rear vibration on decel from 25mph to 0mph. I am going to address the issue with a carrier bearing drop kit to correct driveshaft angle.

Same. Not trying to spend money on wheels yet. Just not sure if I wanna go 265 or 285. It'd be nice if someone would come up with an app where we could change tire size, lift, and wheels to see what the truck will look like with the new changes haha.
