They're definitely not telling people they can’t be on the water...just enforcing the no beaching and rafting of boats as well as the number of people on the boat.

Has anyone else who watched John Wick 3, think it was an absolutely horrible movie?

I think it didn't have the same flare as the first 2. The ending was kind of campy and you can tell what they are foreshadowing on for the final movie (if they stop at the next one). It feels to much like a Matrix Revisited movie to me. It did have its moments in the first half at the antique gun shop and with the dogs, but after that it felt like a drag/crawl to the end of the movie. They need to quit while they are ahead IMO.

    Yea. Very much matrix like.
It's was like the same kung flu flips and fights all through the movie. Halle berry acted like she didn't even want to be there.

Having only watched bits and pieces of the previous movies, I didnt really understand the whole "Table" thing. It just seemed way to futuristic type over the other ones. And putting fishburn in the same movie as Reeves was just weird outside of the Matrix.

HBO has a free trial going on so I added it to my Amazon prime. Not impressed so far.

The first John Wick movie was a revolutionary movie, especially from a gun nut's perspective. Glock 17 reloads after 19 shots because he had the +2 mag and actually showing the reloads made it really pop. More 'realistic' room clears and close quarters gun play tied in with the roller-coaster ride from start to finish. All that tied in with a solid revenge story about a retired hit man/assassin/wet work guy and his dog really makes you feel for the main character. With all that, and the fact that they represented the variety of weapons very well with the whole not infinite ammo cheat mode that most movies run really sold that movie. The second one felt like an honest continuation of the first one. Without giving too much away in the event that there are some that haven't seen it yet, I didn't like how he was brought back out of retirement. But after that, it had the same beat as the first one, the ending though, they could have left it at that and left what happens next up to the audience and called it quits. That's where the third one kicks off and tries hard to live up to the shadow of the former movies. It's an alright movie and ties in with the world that they built and you're right, Halle Berry's acting was sub par. She didn't sell the character to me, I cant blame her though, maybe the director just didn't give her good direction. Taran Tactical are a good bunch of guys that wanted to make sure that Keanu looked right while doing all the shooting scenes, so much props to those guys. I'll still watch JW4 whenever it drops to hopefully finalize the series but I'm really getting tired of these run on movie chains - I'm looking at you Marvel Cinematic Universe.

I dont believe so, you could pull them off and resize them using .. MS paint or any other free software such as GIMP, I love GIMP. It's kinda like Adobe Photoshop, has all the same features and functions just a different look and you can get it on any OS. Or you can upload them to imgur.com and use their tools to resize pictures. You have a few options.
