    Watched this on the internet this afternoon. So I guess it must be true.
    2016 most overall complaints. While 2007 had the possibility of overall highest repair cost. While model year 2009 had the most reported problems.

    The article was responding to why the Tacoma didn't make the top of all the "Reliablity Lists " lately. If you look at the root cause the problems seem minor in 2016. Most were transmission related which by the numbers were cut by 60% in 2017. And we're software related.
