Not sure what trimmer head comes on that but I just switched out my Stihl 25-2 head for the echo speedfeed 450 and it’s definitely going to save me a lot of headache.

I’ve used it. Be prepared for multiple applications to actually get rid of the crabgrass. Also it definitely yellows and stresses your lawn for a month or more. But it does work and that bottle will last a long time.

Finally got the tub installed! This bathroom is now done! The tub has been missing the last 5+ years or so... now I can move on to the master bath!

Mildly easier to paint first... you don't have to worry about covering the floors.

You might need to cut the bottom(s) of the frames if you need to level or don't like the "gap."

I just got the brush cutter attachment since it comes with the larger guard. I bought the separate trimmer head, I think it’s just the basic bump feed one.

Anyone have any recommendations for flooring for a 12x16 wooden building? Anyone ever used the snap together garage floor tiles?

I guess my first question is what use will the building serve? Shop? Storage? Woodworking space?

I don’t have a garage so this will be my storage and workshop. My sons 1986 trx70 leaked some oil in the floor of my week old building so I’m looking for something to cover it. Either painting it or the snap down 12x12 plastic squares.

Edit: could I mix some play sand into some exterior paint and roll it on? That way it would have a texture to it?? Ideas??

When I redid my shed this past year I painted the ramp and floor with Sherwin-Williams porch enamel paint. It has held up very well so far with traffic and stuff sliding across it.

Not sure if any floor is going to be ideal for protecting against oil leaks. I’d get a mat that I can replace over time for any big items with fluids.

I've been on for a while but I've done a couple projects recently:

I was given a boat, so about a month ago, I put down some pavers to create a pad, and I think it came out great for it not being done professionally.
I used 44 2' X 2' pavers from Lowe's weighing 80lbs each. and i had a bunch of old sandbags in the garage. the ground was pretty level to begin with, so luckily I didn't need much sand (in fact, I had literally just enough). Anyways here's the Pad:
    20200301_151046.jpg

Since we are trying to practice social distancing, I have found the need to keep busy so last weekend I finally weeded my garden and re-mulched it:

    20200329_170859.jpg

    20200404_105254.jpg

And I also decided it was time to pressure wash the sidewalk and driveway:

Have any idea if the snap together tiles work pretty good against leaks? I put down another sheet of scrap wood under his four wheeler and an oil Matt to catch the leak for now. But would like to protect the floor and just make it look nice. It’s my only man space so would like it to be nice and pretty

I’m not sure. I feel like oil and ATF ruins any surface. Even concrete gets stained and damaged by fluid leaks.

The only thing I can think of is a floor enamel and maybe like an epoxy coating. I wonder if you could paint that stuff on plywood??

They do make a product thats like granules you put on oil spills. You set it on the spot for a few hours then sweep it up. It will pull oil out of concrete imagine wood would be the same.

doubt the snap together would protect, they will have a bunch of seams and we know how fluid likes to find it’s way into every crevice imaginable
