that’s because hiking is an outdoor exercise activity and allowed. off-roading is not.

It's just wheeled hiking for the motivation-ally challenged.

I understand why they're closing it down, because a lot of people started to crowd to do the same exact thing which kinda kills the whole idea of social distancing. If you get 4-5 dudes who know each other from forums stand around one guys truck bullshitting, and one of them is contagious but asymptomatic, you now have 5 brewing cases also about to also asymptomatic spread to their families and communities.

But yeah, just like buying TP, buying guns and ammo, and tanking the dow, a bunch of assholes rushing to do the same thing ruined it for everyone. :burp:

Anybody know of where to get stencils cut? Any local guys have a blade table or anything?

Got a vinyl plotter, but that would make a stick on single use stencil. Advantage would be less masking and more complex designs without needing cut outs for stuff like the inside of a letter “O” but flip side is... single use only and it has to be able to take a sticker.

yeah, plotter wont work. need an actual blade/cutting table. I used to run them back in the day... hoping someone knows a local sticker/stencil/car business that has one.

@Daria @mechanicjon and anyone else who might be able to help.

I am looking for a 4Runner or FJ Cruiser Front Strut, and a spare Tacoma rear shock.

Looking to get the dimensions of these parts in the hopes of possibly opening the door for some new suspension to come stateside.

That I understand, the Tacoma Front Strut is supposed to be identical to the 4Runner/FJ/Prado but looking to see if anyone else can confirm that.

    Appreciate the help.

Edit: Alternatively, if anyone can think of a place where I could get all pertinent information needed for someone to be able to know whether suspension will fit for a Tacoma without having parts in hand, that would also help.

Have you tried looking at part specs on camelbacks website or anything? I don’t have any Toyota parts laying around anymore. Tacoma fronts are compatible with the 4runner fronts, a friend of mine suggested pulling my Tacoma fronts for my eventual 4Runner. I didn’t pull it though.

I was both touched and baffled that he asked me for the dimensions. Didn't even specify which dimensions he wanted.
