Idk man, there's so much money to be made there for half the year I think they'll develop the hell out of it. Otherwise it remains a shithole with cliffs, awesome camping, and good wheeling.

Trail use wise I dont think it's sustainable the way it's going now.

The trails that are still public don't seem to get maintained, it's always wet down there, and it's over used.

I'm just a cynic that stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night though... $0.02

The trail maintenance thing is pretty true, but even Hollerwood just ups the difficulty as things rut up or wash out...

I wouldn't mind if someone made a mountain bike park that had lift service, and would pay for a a ride.

Mountain biking sounds fun, you into that? I've only ever done road cycling but the yahoos around Shelbyville make it downright terrifying to be on the road. I not squeamish but I sold my bike last year because it was so bad.

That would be dope! I would love to start mountain biking. Need to lose about 100lbs. first ha!

Windrock is 3hrs away, Snowshoe 5.5hrs. You've got good mtb options within half a days drive.

Pretty sure the activity would accelerate the losses! I want to drop a few too, and this seems like a great way to do it

Yeah for sure MTB would make the weight loss a fun af activity, might need to re-tune shocks along the way lol.

@rdpoe I used to go to Idlewild and W6th farm each once a week after moving down here, I've hardly gone at all since the GF moved in, and some cuck stole my DJ.

Having the Gorge support the activity would make it convenient af to pick back up.

I'm not sure I have time to pick it back up just yet... so much to do still, as summer comes around, I could be easily convinced to ride at w6th farm in the evening.

Most the Southern trail service are not located in "The Gorge," but outside near Zoe.. They're more outside of the gorge and what will probably not be effected or touched in early development. With the increase of SxS's and geotagging over the years, trails have really started to be torn apart and need some sort of maintenance for the people that post locations for everyone to use. I'd guess a few roads North which are located more in the Gorge area such as Spaas creek, or North of more of the Hollerwood area will probably be effected the most. There are tons of trails located near the Beattyville/Jackson area as well

How much do these wheels/tires normally go for? Curious, someone near me is selling them dirt cheap

I sold my OR wheels with no miles on the tires, lugs and tpms included for $1000. Might've been able to get a bit more, but the market is kinda flooded with them.

I know on FB he said he lost access to his work email and had to make a new Facebook account. Probably the same case with TW. He said his MS got a lot worse and can’t hardly walk or see therefore can’t drive. He said he has eye surgery this Friday to hopefully help his vision and hopes he can be a passenger for a trail ride soon.

One of those rare days I can see enough to read some. Miss you guys. Still have my truck in case vision gets better. Had to park it in Jan. Eye surgery the 9th. Will know 8 to 10 days after just how much it'll help. Walking with a cane most days. A walker on the bad days. Corona is a non event with all this shit....
