You're going to grenade a diff anytime you leave asphalt on 37's.
If it were me I'd focus on a 4x4 conversion.
Just my $.02.

 

Not sure if any of you guys are needing groceries but don't want to go to heb. There's a restaurant in the quarry called ida claire. I got 2 racks of ribs, 2 whole chickens, 4 big burger patties, 2 huge ribeyes, a gallon of milk, 3 ears of corn, asparagus, potatoes, 15 eggs and 2 rolls of tp for 75 bucks. It's a hell of a deal I just cooked the steaks and of course they're supreme, got a whole chicken in some brine to stick in the crockpot friday. Quartered the other chicken and wrapped everything up to store in the freezer.

 

Good day to be useless and recover from yesterday. Well, not totally - I was an excellent errand runner! (garage fridge is full again!)
I can work out in the yard tomorrow. Then it will be a beer day too!

 

I just had my diff rebuilt to handle 37s ecgs built it with 5.29 nitro gears and soild pinion spacer

 

You're still on one diff instead of splitting the load (ideally) 50/50. If the tires aren't turning, they aren't helping. Front tires not driving are basically anchors. Especially when the wheel is turned anything but perfectly straight.
You'll be 4x as likely to blow a diff than someone with four wheel drive and 33's.
I'd spend the money for the 37's on a 4x4 conversion.
That's my $.10 and I'm gonna leave it at that.

 

The 37s will eventually go to a 4x4 rig when I get it for now it's gonna be more show then go on the PreRunner

Meh, 5.29 is smaller gear teeth with an increased load on 37s, so benefit negated, IMO

 

Anyone been good and diligent with santization and/or been quarantined and is pretty much certain they're COVID19-free and is also not working and is in the general San Antonio area want to help me install a TJM rear bumper tomorrow (Weds)? I can do it by myself, but another set of (coronavirus-free) hands would be great. Have tools, parts, more than likely beer, will travel.
