    I just want to be an annoying pedant. Vapor trails are water, yes, but they aren't formed from the wings interacting with the atmosphere. They come from the jet engines. Most people forget that water is one of the major exhaust components that result from burning hydrocarbons. Just like how your tailpipe "smokes" on a cold morning or drips water on a hot day, the same can be said for burning a metric shitload of kerosene (aka Jet A). Releasing that exhaust water at low pressure/temperature produces a hell of a trail, easily seen from the ground.



    You can carry on with the more relevant shitshow now.
