What do you need? They are the same (FWIW). The difference is some 2020 Tacomas don't have the always on power.

My Tacoma has a third wire in that harness. Trying to figure out what it is.
I'm trying to install a Gentex-687 Mirror. The Compass and dimming work, but not the garage opener.

On the back of the mirror plug, the wire on the top row far left is ignition, the one 3 spaces to it’s right is ground, and the one on the bottom row 3 spaces from the left is the battery/constant hot wire. You are probably missing the always on which is why it won't work. The solution is easy, hit up Bob from this thread (https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/update-3-10-price-drop-gentex-mirrors-w-homelink®-blue-compass-backlit-buttons-for-16-20-tacoma.550584) and he can sell you a $20 harness that will give you power to that spot. It will be keyed only, which is actually nice. It will make it so that when you turn the key off, the garage opener won't work. I had to do the same thing for my truck (it's also a 2020) and had the same issue (dimmer and compass work but no garage opener).

    Thanks,
Is it possible to just jump or solder the bottom wire to the power wire (ignition)?

Yes, that’s essentially all the harness you get from Bob does. It splits the ignition on power and provides power to the third pin.

if you get a meter, you’ll see that third wire is actually dead.

So if I only need a key on hot tap/key off no power to hook my radar detector into I should be ok following what you said above if my multi meter confirms

What would happen if you just unplug the harness and leave it unplugged in a 2021 Tacoma? Going to install a display mirror and want to remove the factory mirror but don’t want to cause any issues.
