    Hey guys, (first post, woot)

I tried to search a bit and couldn't find an answer. Has anyone attached a RTT to a lumber/ladder rack? The RTT's I'm looking at are hardshells, so their footprint is too large for a standard bed rack, and high-mount (roof-matched height) bed racks are very expensive. I've seen some lumber racks go for under $300.

    I should mention, 2015 DCSB

Anyone have any advice or words of wisdom?

    Thank you!

Just make sure the load rating is up to snuff. Dynamic, you've got lets say 200lbs it has to hold on during stop and go, and static, you need that plus a couple people's worth. Not sure what a ladder rack is rated for, but its feasible.

What do you mean by standard bed rack?
This!!! Don't forget any sort of offroading adds more dynamic load to the rack than going down the road.

    Thanks for the input!

I guess by standard bed rack I meant non-lumber/ladder racks, haha I know there are tons of styles...
