Purple LED Headlight Won't Turn Off

What's up everyone! New to Tacoma world. I've had a few tacos but I just got another one a few months ago that has a lot of aftermarket parts. The one issue that I am facing is that one of the LED rings around a headlight won't turn off even if the truck isn't on. It has the SPOD circuit in it but I'm not sure if there's a wire short-circuiting or what but if anyone recognizes these headlights and can point me in the right direction that would be awesome. It keeps draining my battery so I want to disable it.
