I'm going crazy with this lockdown, and Uwharie OHV trails here in NC are closed. Anyone know of any decent trails on or arround Ft. Bragg?

Not real close - 3.5 hrs but the only public land I've found open in eastern NC with off-road opportunities is Cape Lookout National Seashore (You'll need at least two nights to make it worthwhile). I'd recommend the northern section (Portsmouth Island) and Morris Marina for the ferry service but South Core is pretty good as well. Neither section has any permanent inhabitants or roads and very limited amenities (bath house and showers are available) and its dispersed camping only. Social distancing at its best.

I really wanted to head to Cape Lookout, but don't you need to take a ferry? I heard the Ferry was locked down to residents only?

The Dare County lockdown affects the State operated ferries that run from Cedar Island and Swan Quarter to Ocracoke Island. Cape Lookout NS, and the private ferries that provide transportation to it, are in Carteret County which does not have travel restrictions. The town of Beaufort does however and you'd want to take 101 out of Havelock to bypass it rather than staying on US 70 (its shorter anyway).

Morris Marina offers the ferry service out of Atlantic (not Atlantic Beach) to Portsmouth Island http://www.portsmouthislandfishing.com/ Access to South Core Banks is out of Davis http://www.davisferry.com/ and https://cape-lookout-cabins-camps-ferry-davis-nc.com/

You'll need to call and make reservations for your departure and return dates/times.
