What kind of price would be reasonable for the used cover? Anyone have any real issues or reasons they don’t like it?

From what I've read on here, and FB market in my location (central NJ) they usually go anywhere from $350 to $500 depending where you are located. Only problem I read so far is that some of them might have a leakage problem.
I actually just got one of these for $100 but now I have to get the hooks so I can install it

I'd say $300-$400 for a good used one including all the hardware.
I have one and am very happy with it.
They are water resistant, but not 100% water tight. Just get something like this to store items you want to remain completely dry.

In my area they go for less. I have seen $400, but more common is $250 plus bed rail swap.

I suppose $400 would allow you the extra cash to buy new bedrails if the cut ones bother you.
