No. You'll need a CMC and a heat gun for starters.

The backspacing on the TRD or wheels is 4.5" the offset is +25mm. The wheel is 16x7

    To be serious...

Many have said the TRD Pro 16” wheels with +13 offset are the absolute MAX +offset you’ll be able to stuff 285s on before you start rubbing the UCA.

TRD OR wheels at +25 will have 285s rub the UCA, so wheel spacers would help here.

it'll fit... these are 265/70/17's (same size as 265/75/16's..... they rub in a turn on plastic inner fender liner.. i had to remove the front mud flaps, and I have yet to get the heat gun/knife out to bend the plastic fender liner back....

no suspension lift on it at all....yet... stock OR... hopefully by end of this summer I will be getting 6112/5160 with RXT rear leaf pack. and set it for 2" lift.

this is after I broke/bent up my predator steps... but gives you an idea the tire clearance up front...
