Interesting, I'll try it with my non-light bearing holster and see if that helps.

I didn't use the trigger foot either, it made the activator rod too long for my setup.

Correct, it would be a nice feature but it's a good training tool none the less.

Has Anybody here used the Walkers Razor BT over ear protection? or any of the razors with the mounted walkie?
I'm trying to decide if I want to go with BT muffs with either my surefire or safariland impulse plugs underneath (More noise reduction as well as a safety just in case my stock dislodges a muff) or BT in ear protection at the cost of less noise reduction (about 22 DB NRR).

Can't help with this, but these posts have me considering purchasing another high quality set of electronic muffs.

    :spending:

    Thanks a lot!

I went ahead and ordered 3 pair , one is the Bluetooth model and the other two are Just the slim electronic models, I also got 3 walkie talkie modules to try those out and went ahead and ordered gel pads as well to make sure we have maximum comfort.
I still have slight ringing in my right ear today still :anonymous:.

On another note a semi-local (3 hours away) gun shop is offering 50% off Cerakote through Monday and I’m tempted to get one of my guns coated.

How do the Walkers clip compared to the MSA Sordins. I have been running a set of Sordin Supreme's for about 6 years now. I bought them to replace a pair of Howard Leight sports. The sports clip everything during a high impact event (gunshot). The Sordins simply cap volume at a high impact event. How do the Walkers perform?

Do it. They are a great set. Got some for the wife and wish I had gotten them for me too instead of a set of bose.

To all my .22 rimfire experts out there...

I’m a long time recreational gun owner but sadly haven't invested much time/effort into learning the depths of the .22 cal world...

I want to get my son his first firearm and thought an entry level 22 rifle would be a great fit?
If you agree, what would be your top 3 rifle suggestions (brand & model) and why?

I want it to be reliable, easy to maintain, and affordable. No Gucci 22’s :D

And maybe for bonus... your top 3 pistols?

Will post in the 22 forum as well, just wasn’t sure if it saw as much traffic... Thanks!!

Semi Auto - Ruger 10/22 or derivative of the design (I built two this winter - a little more than stock but exactly what I wanted). The 10/22 is the AR of the 22 world
Bolt - Ruger Precision / CZ 455 / Savage MK II B series
