With a little caressing I got my 35s to fit bump to drop up front but they are still rubbing on the rear at full bump.

how do you guys feel about cutting fiberglass? I’m not so concerned about the process as I am the structural integrity of the fender radius after. Mine have a lip that runs in the inside arch and I would likely have to remove a lot of it. Then re mount the frame brace further back.

I can say whatever and just adjust bumps to match but I really would like to tuck them more.

can you get more caster out of your suspension? I have McNeil fenders and they have a similar lip. I’m sure the fender will get pretty soft if it’s cut, but you could reinforce the back side of the fender to keep it ridged where you cut it.

Rear with spring under and Deavers. Thought of working some angles and moving my axle forward a tiny bit but not sure it’ll fully tuck.

I guess I could figure out some reinforcement. Maybe an aluminum support cut to the radius that would replace the lip itself.

Sorry I thought you where referring to the front fenders. If it’s the rear I don’t think you have much of a choice. I wouldn’t fret too much over it. Trim them and if they need to be stiffer, reinforce them.

If you haven’t made bedside stabilizers like this, they’ll for sure help. Just used 1/8”x1.5” and some 3/4” tube from HD. I used the holes for the factory front and rear bed stabilizer mounts on each side so they’re completely removable when needed.

The fronts I just saw a cool idea using the door hinge holes on a ranger I might try later

Great idea. I have small supports that run to the backside of the rear quarter panel but those will need to be moved if I cut. Ill star mocking up some simple supports like this. Thanks guys.
