    When I bought the Akrapovic exhaust system for my 911 one of the tips had a blemish...you can kinda see it on the left top where the CF is dimpled. They send a replacement and didn’t want the old one back...so, a Dremel, a makeshift flare tool, elbow grease, and a Coors Light (or four), and there ya go!

    Heat is not an issue, you can put your hand on it after a drive and it feels warm and that about it....I have four on the 911 with a basically straight pipe exhaust and no issues so the Taco is safe.
