I’m offended. My comments are nothing less than stellar and 100% on topic.

Ya I can’t even say it without laughing. Would be a good thread and first post should have each recipe and even possibly a link directly to the post with that recipe.

That one is a similar idea, but not a locked thread.

I don't mind starting it. Folks could contribute by compiling links and posting in a reply to get picked up and added to the OP.

I think the top post need to have the links separated into types. Like Smoked Meats
    Side Dishes
    Desserts
    Drinks
And so on. That way you can quickly find things you want for certain types of stuff. I thought about building a recipe website for a bunch of us lol.

My thought about this started with the fella looking for mac and cheese.. and I don't know how long @Misplaced Nebraskan had to search for it but even if he found it right away that's too long LOL One universal link would be swell AF

    Here’s my submission.

Smokey Mountain Pulled Pork, with sun-brewed southern sweet tea.
    07E34A0A-BF69-49CD-9AA7-D6408125FABB.jpg

Rubbed with a slight dusting of garlic flakes and onion flakes. Then coated with a healthy dose of Pitfaced Spicy massage.

Smoked with oak pellets (first time trying oak on the pellet grill, trying to get more/stronger smoke taste) for 19hrs and 8 mins, to a temp of 201ish. So tender it fell apart getting out of the smoker.

Trimmed and rubbed, ready to go in at 8:30pm

Never ordered from them but many seem to like Snake River Farms (SRF). They are spendy though.

Snow and cold is not helping me here. But it is the 40+ mph winds that are the real PITA. The struggle is real LOL.

My entry is Easter lunch. I made a glaze with water, honey powder and PitFaced Spicy for the ham, roasted asparagus with bacon and cauliflower au gratin.
    20200412_123018.jpg

Then I made cremé bruleé for dessert.

Edit, since I don't drink: we had iced tea with lunch.

I'll give a go at this. Smoked lamb Easter lunch.
Smoked lamb ribs frenched and loin chops, smoked mac n cheese, green bean casserole, and deviled eggs. Nothing fancy for the lamb, just some salt, pepper, rosemary, parsley, and a little bit of garlic. First time eating and cooking lamb and I was pretty impressed with it.
To drink we had a homebrew ipa I just got done with a few days ago and also a blackberry wine from a little local winery that's just starting up.
Had to post a picture of the desert that the lady made.
Older picture of the UDS right after I built it and was breaking it in. it's a little more greasy and messy now.
