Lol, sure, had I known it’s was going into a cooking contest when I took the pic I would have moved that bean off the pasta

 

Pilsner glazed baby back ribs:

Carolina rub, smoked for 3 1/2 hours, wrapped with honey brown sugar and Pilsner for 3 hours, and unwrapped and cooked 45 more minutes. It’s an all day thing but it’s fun.

 

I'm open to suggestions. We're up to 21, now, so we need a plan! I'd kind of like to keep it all on here for ease of folks spreading the word about the vote, but if we need the poll to be hosted by a different site, then that's what we do!

Smoked Monterey Chicken

Used a mesquite marinade for the leg quarters. Smoked on a Traeger using Char Hickory pellets at 275° for about 2 hrs, then put them in a cast iron skillet with Stubbs bbq sauce dumped over the chicken, then topped with cheddar, mozzarella, and green onions. Cooked for another 15 mins. Internal temp was about 180°. This was first time making Monterey Chicken and it was pretty good.



Next time the chicken needs to be skinless and use a dry rub.

Frick man! You know I only have the 2019-04.. which if I read your sheet right.. was the best of last year.. though I'm 3 drinks in on some ECBP C919.. so.. it is what it is. Either I got what I got...or I don't! Shit.. none of that makes any sense. So freaking glad tomorrow is my day off!

No, no. Keep it in there. We're at like 22 or so now, anyways. We'll figure it out.

 

Break it into two and split the users between the two. Off site would be ok if we can easily link back but a lot of them limit you to like 10 on their free accounts which is less than we have now.

No need to fuss with my entry. It was a joke and not a very good one. Thanks for doing this but I just couldn’t get things to make anything exciting, especially not with the local package store closed.
