2007 Silver Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4

I didn't find this specific answer.
For those that have replaced the valve cover gaskets on the 4.0L, is it necessary to remove the intake manifold when replacing the PASSENGER side valve cover gasket? It does not appear so but I wanted to ask.
The drivers side valve cover gasket replacement is pretty obvious that the intake manifold needs to come off.
