I totally agree. This was our first new build. And I thought I knit picked everything, but I'm a mechanic, not a contractor. I also came out to the builf site every weekend to check on things, caught a TON of stuff that I could tell was some half ass work. Made them fix/redo a bunch, but like I said, not a contractor so I did best I could. Had a realtor/remodel buddy come with me a couple times, he caught a bunch I never would have seen. But 6 months later, still finding stuff unfortunatel .

My ex has an event she wants to take the kids to during my parenting time. I have plans and said they wouldn’t be able to be there for the whole weekend. I even offered to break up my plans and let them attend for the day.

long story short, she took me to court. It has become a larger conversation about who has control over my parenting time. I’m 15k in the hole on defending my right to parent. She’s about 10k into it. Money that should be going to college funds.

    The selfishness is killing me.

Been "applying" since 3/24. Keep getting "updates" from my bank. On Sunday I finally received an email stating that I needed to upload supporting payroll docs. and I would soon be signing the docs and getting some money. Me and my accountant sent the supporting docs and have yet to hear back. Supposed to get daily updates according to an email from my bank several weeks ago. March's 941 payroll taxes, due today, were HUGE due to an extra pay period on March.

Given all the craziness, I wouldn't touch it until they let everyone go back to work.

On the other hand, staying inside for the foreseeable future means plenty of time for that 3 link front axle swap eh
