    I have not tried those.. but tots and fries ( I prefer the crinkle cut ones) and waffle fries etc.. they all work out nicely !

    We have been making these panko crusted chicken patties in it. They come out way better (more crispy) than the oven.

    Nothing wrong with that. Plus the fat ones, so to speak, stay hot longer. Something about the flavor and texture of the skinny fries makes me fully addicted.

    I make my own ranch seasoning mix that I sprinkle on there..

    • 3/4 cup dried parsley
    • 3 tbsp dried dill
    • 2 tbsp dried chives
    • 1/4 cup granulated garlic
    • 1/4 cup granulated onion
    • 1/4 cup dried onion flakes
    • 2 tbsp smoked kosher salt
    • 2 tbsp ground black pepper

    I use a short wide mouthed pint mason jar (that way the measuring spoon reaches the bottom) and it fills that up quite nicely! I use it on a lot of things including mixing with sour cream to make ranch dip LOL
