The first day off shift and I decided to get some work done on college assignments, took a two-seconds to check out TW posts before jumping in both feet... three hours later I'm here. I've got the Alpha on the purchase list, was curious, if I order it stealth black, does the paracord come to that color match? If so how hard is it to swap out the paracord to color match the truck?

I'll eventually be adding the eX to the purchase list too, but need to do some more research and paint match the cap.

 

all paracord is black and precut, any colors would need to be sourced by you

@upTOPoverland hey buddy looking at a rack for our 4runner and Tacoma because why the hell not lol. I want to support small businesses. Question, for the 4runner if I select one of the light bar mounts but switch it later from a Baja designs to another brand can I get the generic 40 in mount one off to purchase from you?

i skimmed the whole 119 pages of this thread but didn't find my answer.

1) when you mount an awning on the side does it block the scenePODs?

2) is there no bravo option for 3rd gen access cabs?

3) has anyone mounted these under a four wheel camper?
3a) does the rack fit okay?
3b) will an awning using the shadeBRKT fit under the camper?

Apologies if I missed the info, what are the side to side dims of the Alpha and Bravo (load bar width) and what is the length for 3rd gen double cab?

 

The awning is mounted just above scene pods. The brackets will not fit near load bars with scene pods. Here is a pic of mine for reference

What’s the lead time on the alpha and alpha ex right now? Never asked before I ordered.

 

21 business days but we aim to get everything out quicker.

 

Added the scenePODs this weekend. I used metal snips, and then a Dremel to knock the slats out and smooth them over. I had to buy a tap for the AAP in order to get the screws to not strip out when trying to install the pods.

Also added some more MESO goodness to the cab Next up is making all the harnesses for all the switches.

 

Are the lead times for items like the wiring harness, scenePods, and other rack accessories similar to the rack lead time of 21 or so business days?
