Best route for 2014 Tacoma OEM fog light install.

I have a 14' Tacoma TSS Sport Series Sr5 with the 2.7L and no fog lights. I did some research and read some of the threads but they are not what I need.

What would be the best course of action to install OEM fog lights?
Questions also include. Where should I buy the lights? (Direct from toyota?)
Do the 3rd gen fog lights work with the second gens?
What harnesses would I need to complete it?
How would I know if my tacoma is pre-wired?
And any wires I would need to get if needed.

First check and see if the harness and connectors are there already?

Based off that thread I am missing the two top wires. (See included picture; I know it is bad quality). I am also lacking any wires running down to the empty fog light housings as well.
