Looking at buying a set of BFG KO2 265/75/16 or KM3’s?

I came across a set of pretty new condition 5 BFG Ko2 tires for $650.

I had been looking at getting the KM3’s mostly for the aggressive look and praise they get in the rain/mud.

anyone go from one to the other? Figured $650 was a pretty good price for 5, but didn’t know if I’d be better off just using that $650 to get a new pair of KM3’s.

Anyone with input? Currently just running the stock Goodyear wranglers

    Lots, straight from the factory.
Either one will be a lot better than the wranglers. The price is right at the point I would be hard pressed in buy used or get new. I paid just over $900 for K02’s at Discount, mounted and balanced. I only got 4, as I didn’t see the purpose of dropping that much on a spare that’ll rarely if ever see the light of day. So you’re at $650 and another $100 or so to mount and balance.
Basically getting two tires for free.

If I could go back to the day I bought the K02’s, I would get the Toyo Open Country M/T.

They’re a much better tire than the BFG, and I state this solely as the BFGs are pieces of shit to keep balanced.

I do not have much experience with either but I have priced them out before and for (5) for $650 is a pretty good deal

Personally I think mud terrains are a bit overkill / broverlander unless you actually do a lot of offroading in the mud.

Been running KO2 as long Ive owned the truck myself. They are heavy tires so you'll take a hit on MPG (depending on what you have now) and the ride isnt great, but thats to be expected.

5 for $650 seems like a good deal. Only thing I would say is check how old they are
