I know this is a weird question. Does anyone know the inner diameter of the rubber exhaust hangers? I'm going to be building/welding up my own 304 SS cutback and I'm not sure if I need the 1/2" or 3/8" hangers.

    Thanks!

From what I remember I used 3/8" bar to make my hangers and it was a little loose but works good enough IMO. 1/2" was too thick.

There is nothing professional looking about my exhaust system but it works for me. It doesn't leak and it doesn't rattle. Too many haters that don't pay my bills for me to post pictures of it, but if they paid for my exhaust to be professionally built I would post pictures of it (lmao).

Do you mind pming me? I'm more curious about what kinds of bends you used and your muffler than I am about your welding skills. LoL
