Made air fryer chicken parm for lunch.

Preheat air fryer at 400 degrees for 2-3 minutes.
Cook patties at 400 for 10 minutes turning halfway through.

Add Sauce to Top of Patty and then Mozzarella and return to 400 degree air fry for another 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted.

In all fairness those ribs were supposedly cooked with an air fryer. I was searching for recipes

Haven't posted recipes much here but I tell you our Cuisine Art AF is one workhorse. It is used for one purpose or another during many a meal prep. My wife was a hater prebuy. She is a 110% supporter now.

Quick question; my mom got one of these and she said that in order to make fries you have to cook them first then fry a few of them at a time in the air fryer. She stopped using it because it basically makes everything take twice as long. Now Im browsing this thread and seeing people cooking chicken wings . Did you have yo cook those wings THEN finish it off in the air fryer? Or was it a 100% air fryer job?

Your mom is using it wrong, because the air fryer does fries great if you don't overload it.

Chicken wings come out amazing. To be fair, I've been buying the Tyson pre-cooked frozen wings. They go straight from the freezer to the fryer. For me, 9 minutes, flip, 9 more minutes, flip again, and 3 minute sessions pulling out anything I consider "perfect."

Basket load is the trick. Always make sure you have air flow, and don't do anything particularly oily or can combust at temperatures over 350 (I've had breaded chicken fried steak patties leak oil and ignite).

    Kinda bifurcated question.

Dunno what your mom is doing.

But AF is FAST. I don't cook things twice.

Now chicken wings can be done in one cook or two. I made some wings on Monday. Soaked the basterds overnight. Grilled them over medium. Oh they was cooked at this point BUT then in the AF. Holy truckelence wow, smoky, herbie, tangy, tasty AND crispy like Richard Pryor on the outside. Wow yeah twice cooked, by design.
