Ive got the Borla cat back and k&n panel filter on my 19 3.5. Before the install, completely stock mine sounded like engibe was fighting with itself when id get on it and about 4200/4500 rpm it would be like ain't going any higher. Installed the Borla and k&n and now pulls strong to at least 6000 rpm, feels like it would go further but I'm not gonna push my luck beyond red line. Sound of the Borla is just a little louder than stock untill you get on it and then its a little louder but not obnoxious, no drone at cruising.

Got the s-type borla recently, love it. Looks and sounds great, also no drone.

Good to hear as I've always liked Borla S or ATAK on my former vehicles

I have the same K&N 63 but I paired it with a Gibson SS catback. LOVE the combo. Zero drone and together an undeniable acceleration difference. If you're ever in Sac and want to hear/see, give me a holler. Zero drone whatsoever.
