My two biggest concerns are- septic tank install, cost involved and the job size as well.
And getting 2 new electric poles installed so I can run shore power to the camper. No idea on price for that yet

Yeah, the website for this county requires an onsite quote. And I would need 2 poles installed based on the distance from the main line.

There’s no existing septic ? I know the cost has gone up tremendously over the years. The land has to pass a perc test and if not your screwed

 

Is there domestic water on the property?

 

Theres a well and a small flowing stream of water on the property

 

The camper has a black water tank, but instead of having to empty that each time it's full, I'm looking for something a little more perm.

 

Are u ever planning on putting a house on the property ? Reason I ask is I wouldn’t make an offer til you get some perc results.
