I have a 2007 Tacoma that’s stuck in 4 hi. I have removed the front actuator soldered the motor terminals like the video tested it off the truck and it work fine. I put it back together continuity check the pins to the motor on the actuator then put power to those pin the arm moved right and left as advertised. I checked power at the plug for the actuator had 12 volts on a few pins. My green light blinks on my dash like it’s in transition but it’s stuck. Tried reversing the truck, unhooked the battery fast slow.....Help please
