Well the better half is coming down for the weekend and we're planning on getting out and going on a hike tomorrow. Plenty happy to have new tires for going on adventures.

Almost done deep/hard raking of dead grass and winter debris from the yard.

3/4 acre....takes me two full days.

I've filled my gorilla cart about a dozen times with the piles of dead grass/debris.

Wheel into the woods behind my house, dump it and then kick it around some so piles don't form.

    Speaking of new tires....

After 2 years of running a 265/70/17....I finally got a spare in that size. Plus it'll perfectly match my 265/75/16 snow tires as well.

Big thanks to Tire Discounters for the $99 slow Friday special.

Well, mini Christmas for me today, to celebrate it being Friday

A certain series of orders from Palmetto state came in today, along with the first round of engine bits for the rebuild from LCE. D8E3CE17-A930-43C2-83B0-043225D2F500.jpg

They're out there and i'm willing to die to fly and get one at this point.

Was just on another thread bitching about one I found today up in Bangor. 2018, gorgeous truck until I saw the ass-end. Hitch is bent and messed up and the bumper is fucked on one side. As typical with used vehicles I haven't the slightest idea what happened back there. Towing a $25k camper and $45k worth of tractor/trailer, I'm not wanting to question the structural integrity of the underfluffies and I don't believe a word that comes out of the stealership. I don't know how you have such a beautiful, young truck in the prime of it's life and treat it like that.

My first one lasted about 5 years, and well over 100 inflations and flat repairs. Solid metal, adequately handles truck size tires and pressures. I'd recommend for all, especcially those who often adjust pressures offroad, and who arent looking to fork over ARB money

I have one in the truck, but having a shop 100 feet away with a skookum compressor and air chuck... yeah, I'll take that.
