The day I brought her home. 2017 TRD Off Road DCLB + Tech package.

I pre ordered a new grill and the Fedex guy happened to show up minutes after I pulled up so I only kept her stock for about 20 minutes haha. T-Rex grill + Spray painted bezel to match.

The stock tires feel like they are thin as a baloon so had to swap those out asap. Went with Toyo Open Country M/T 265/75/16.

So the Toyo's would not stop pulling to the right. Had them balanced and had allignment done 5 times so I traded them back in and went with BFG KO's.

Ok, its been a month now and the stock Taco is making me antsy. Time for suspension and new wheels/tires. I dropped by King Suspension since I lived down the street at the time. I also dropped by Camburg since they were also down the street and offered a TW discount.

I had a really hardb time getting the passanger side bolt out when replacing the UCA's. I had to use a super long screwdriver and tap it out from the backside. I also had to hack the sheet emtal and bend some stuff lol.

I went with Cooper STT Pro 285/75/16 . The BFG KO'2 were the worst tire I have ever had before. They fling small rocks and gravel everywhere and have zero traction in snow and thick mud or sand. The only thing I liked was how quiet and smooth they were on the road. I have always had good luck with Cooper and they are cheaper too. The rims are SCS Ray10

After a cab mount chop and weld job, everything fit with zero rubbing. Pretty happy with the stance so far, the rear is stock but its level so im happy for now. Although I do want more of a lift. This is my first 4x4 so I cant do spindle like my old Tacos. Ill have to research a little more on how to get more lift. I did NOT max out the adjustemnt collar on the coilovers as I spoek to the guys at King and they gave me plenty of good reasons not to. I might upgrade to a 700lb spring later when I get bumpers.

Got some RIGID sideshooter dithc lights paired with SDHQ brackets. I went with SDHQ because they sit closest to the A pillar and out of sight so less noticable from driver view.

New camper shell! LEER 100XQ I paid $2,889 out the door with installation. I really love this cap. I sleep a lot on my bed so I picked this shell for a few reasons. It had the biggest windows for the best views, the body lines match the Tacoma the best IMO. And the biggest one was the windows.... they kind of bend open in a way that allows air flow without letting rain in when the weather is bad. My last Snugtop would let rain in so I had to close them and then it would get all steamy inside with no air flow so this was a huge + for me.

I also built a little bed with sliding drawer system. No rolelrs or sliders, it slides just fine on the plastic bed this way.

Had some custome rsliders built by @Shmellmopwho.

Most recent mod = Victory 4X4 Roof rack + 42" light bar ( I trimmed my rack to make the 42" fit)

    Bumper time!

Damn UPS scratched the PC ... unfortunatley SOS would only offer free shipping if I bought someone else. Kind of bummed about that but whatever.

Went with Smittybilt X2O 10,000lb winch with synthetic rope.

Nice install! Are you able to remove your grill without removing your bumper?

Nope and I found this out the hard way. After I installed the bumper and winch I went to slip the grill back in with no luck. Had to take everything back off, put the grill on and re assemble lol
