    Morning Maner and crew! I'm wiped today after the full day yesterday. Left for Maners at 5a and got home at 11p. Every bit of tiredness today is well worth it to be able to have Maner massage my meats.:anonymous: I forgot to snap a pic of the man in action. Lots of amazing food to fix up in the coming weeks. Thank you again Maner for cooking it all! Didnt take a lot of pics but did snap a few.

    Heres the lamb cut in half after pulling it out of the fridge this morning to get vacuum sealed and frozen. It was a fun experiment and really tastes pretty dang good!

    and the Dino Ribs fresh out of the fridge about to go to the freezer also. The other rack of 3 are staying in the fridge for dinner tonight.:D I'll try and remember to get a pic tonight after they get warmed up.

    Hmm wonder if its like the 1st short ribs I gave Maner a couple months ago that he cooked up at the big crawfish boil. It was all individual cut short ribs. They were amazing which is why when I found the big ones I had to get some to take over. I used to claim I wasnt a fan of ribs until I tried the short ribs Maner cooked up. Gonna be eating ribs for dinner tonight! Will have enough for at least 1 more meal for the family.
    Frozen I usually go digiorno but I almost never buy frozen. Theres a really good wood fire pizza place I go to every 1-2 weeks. Had it the other night! Pizza, Salad, Pretzel and Mac and cheese!
