I need about 1" lift after putting on bumper and winch, to get leveled back out. I am thinking spacers is fine. Is the lift roughly 2:1? Meaning 1/2" of spacers on top of shock will lift 1" at wheel?

    A 1/2 spacer will give 1”.

2:1 lift will be 2inch lift on the front and 1 inch lift on the rear.

I keep getting confused on using these. They say "Up to 2" of lift" with the 5100's. Is that "up to 2" of lift" more than my TRDOR or is it "up to 2" of lift" compared to an SR5? My worry with using them is that I would have to set them to the top ring to get a 1" lift on my TRDOR and then have it ride like a brick.

You can put new coils on to correct the height for the added weight.

Remember if you change your coils Bilstein's warranty is void. The OME coils are sagging a bit, my friend went through two sets and now back on his org. springs and the ride never really changed. Some people think it helps but I have driven his truck a few times and see no difference between mine and his.

I would get some new coils too if you’re digging into things. If you’re heavy enough to compress your springs an inch all the time, you’re sprung too light. Do it right and get something to carry the load properly. Not just raise up your smashed springs.

Also keep in mind that 1” isn’t just lost height. It’s lost uptravel too meaning you’re that much closer and more likely to bottoming out.

I’ve put two sets of ome coils on the front . One for stock weight and some heavies for a full hoop and winch . There’s a difference but mostly in drivability with added weight . You will experience overloaded sag with oem weight coils. Especially under medium to hard braking.
