So, my plan is to mount these pods into my bumper, as many do and utilize them as supplemental reverse lights. However, I enjoy the aesthetic look of the ALL black (black series) w/DRL compared to the ones without DRL. My delema is I don't want the DRL to be amber, i'd like to make it Red as well as have them either act as DRL AND increase brightness when brakes are applied or even just remain DRL in red.

Has anyone attempted this or maybe have an idea if or how this could work?
I am unfamiliar with the internal DRL components, so not sure how to even approach it.

Any help would be great. Maybe i'll just burn the $100 and take them apart to figure it out with your help.
