I talked to my neighbor today. First person I've talked to in weeks. Aside from the booze guy or the grocery store clerks-but they just want you the fuck out. Me and Riley are tight now. He knows don't wake daddy up before 8. If he needs to pee, bring toys and do the pee dance-I'm pretty sure he's wondering why the fuck I'm home all the time...

I defiantly was. Im sick of the stay at home shit. Its spring time and I cant take the boat out. the few docks that are opened is a zoo 1 hr plus wait to launch if you get there at 4am. I have been hiking around the river fishing but its not very good in my area. caught 1 in 2 trips. Im ready to protest like Michigan.

He knows my wife better then I do probably, as we work with are coworkers longer then the time we spend with are spouses. Good chance I know him as well. Matbe even had a beer or to. We all go out from time to time. Is he still working? Most of them got laid off.

I chatted him up a little that day, he is still working full time and at the dealership. Dude is a car enthusiast, he has a taco, and a bunch of other older classics.

They are closing more and more stuff like MNF because people can’t just follow the orders and stay home.
People out there trying to skirt the rules and “collect firewood” when they aren’t supposed to and do day trips.
Just stay the fuck home and maybe we can all get back out to doing the shit we enjoy doing outdoors. It’s really not that hard. It definitely sucks, but not as much as it sucks that they will just keep lengthening closures and restrictions if people keep trying to find ways to not follow orders.

Per a story on the 'Plumas News', boat ramps at Lake Almanor have reopened.
As I advised earlier, check the online Forest source where you would like to go, but that contradicts the stay at home order. Hope y'all can hang in there.
Went for a nice dirt bike ride yesterday after I had fell and bucked up a Sugar Pine for firewood in the AM. Ran into snow where my seasonal neighbor from Sac area and I rode, he on a Polaris ATV. We turned around and came back, I looked over my shoulder now and then to make sure he was there, thought I heard his squealing brakes, than after a couple miles realized he wasn't there, seems he got high centered on one patch of snow that I thought I would have issues with, not him. I met up with him after I back tracked a mile or so. :) We went a little over 20 miles on the FS roads.

I respect your opinion. I agree, especially in metropolitan areas and big cities. I am going to go out responsibly tomorrow. I have a friend who is going through some stuff. Gotta help him with his mental health. In times like these...gotta stay open minded, some have many good reasons to be out and bout.

but the side shows? parties? etc....yeah screw that!

That's a good friend right there. I got some friends in similar situations that most people unfortunately left them behind. Good for you.
