New to forum in AZ

Hello all.

My first taco was a while back

great truck. I loved it but I was too tall, too fat and too old for a mini truck so I moved on to a ‘grown up’ car

which I enjoyed for a few years until I had modified it so much it broke.

RIP....

during that time I made a new friend


I loved her, but she wasn’t allowed in my car; and, thanks to a shaky upbringing before she came to me, she didn’t like anyone. So I got her a Jeep so we could go out to play where there was nobody around.


Sadly the dog has passed, but finding new places to take her built an appreciation for off roading in me and screwing up my sports car has built an appreciation for a vehicle with a warranty so now, in the most grown up car - related move I’ve ever made: I brought all my experiences together and bought my first ever new car


And here we are. Comfort. Off road ability. And WARRANTY!! As such, I’ll be making the slightest cosmetic mods over time but nothing to jeopardize the warranty! It’s getting close to my birthday so I’m not allowed to buy myself anything for a bit but the to do list includes a behind the grille light bar (I work nights and so I’m often up all night so I find myself off road at night fairly regularly. Plus, it’s Arizona, when the sun shines, it’s f@cking hot! ), bed lights, remote tailgate lock and subwoofer. I’m not crazy about the wheels but I’ll drive the tread off the tires before I get a new set. Oh, and I got married a couple months ago so I’m betting she’s gonna want a honeymoon when the world opens back up so I can’t throw ALL the money at this just yet.

Nice! Not that far. A lot of us in the Phoenix area. We try to get out regularly for camping trips, trails runs, shooting, cookouts, etc.
