Why would BAM say these wheels don’t fit?

Are they just wrong or am I missing something?

I have a 19 TRD Sport DC 4wd, currently stock.

they seem to think I need 16s.

 

I'm guessing they did a cut & paste wrong on specs: their site somehow missed bolt pattern dimensions, which is a tell. [139.7mm is 5.5"] Databases are a garbage in/garbage out tool sometimes. Get your hands on one and verify specs perhaps? Here's a little something that might help: The 17's may force you into going a 1/2" wider over a stock rim, depending on your tire selection.

 

I don't know, I have the same ones on my 2016. Many others have them as well. Pretty good deal from BAM also.

 

Because they were made for the 4 runner, and are a different size. They fit though, if you have the same bolt pattern - 100%. You have the same bolt pattern.

 

Thanks. For a non wrencher how easy or hard is installation? Do I have to mess around with removing and putting back in sensors?
