Been waiting to see this setup on an SR5....did you regear? If not, any noticeable loss of power with the 255s?

Under side bushing is missing from strut mount, we see this a lot and I honestly don't know how a shop can miss this when doing the assembly.
For those getting these installed, check for inconsistencies from one side to another before leaving the shop

no re-gearing. Very mild loss of power but nothing I can't deal with.

This weekend we did two installs of the pro kits. One on a 2019 TRD Sport and one on @aust 2018 SR5. Each are a 4x4 v6 auto and both had around 1/2 tank of fuel.

Each did the Eibachs at the 1st notch setting and the supplied HS 1/4" top plate spacer on the drivers side and the newly redesigned HS 3-leaf add-a-leaf https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/now-available-all-new-redesigned-hs-3-leaf-aal.658544/

The pre-lift measurements on the 2019 Sport were:

    Drivers side 20 3/4
    Passengers side front 20 7/8
    Drivers side rear 21 3/4
    Passengers side rear 21 3/4

Hows the ride? Did they do the relocation of sway bars?

The ride is decent but they both do have E load tires so that will affect the ride regardless. Yes both came with the sway bar so we installed them. However in talking to Eibach their 3rd generation Tacoma kits have been redesigned and will no longer need them so they are no longer included.

This is the statement I received when we noticed the latest shipment of them did not contain the sway bar brackets:

"Our first design of P/N: E80-82-069-01-22 required the additional Sway Bar Relocation Bracket P/N:8001192. This was because the original design on the spring perch was larger causing a gap between the frame and Sway Bar. It’s been a few months since the revision so I am confident that the kits you received are the updated version."

Which means they have phased through kits and all kits from us that don't come with the bracket don't require it.

Update: Got everything squared away and the truck rides significantly better. Also, sits level instead of nose in the clouds and looks a lot better. Vibrations went away, steering is in check, all is well in my world.

Kit ordered today! Can't wait to get it all installed and post before and after pictures. Any idea on order processing/shipping times? No rush just wanting to balance excitement and expectations lol.

*edit* Nevermind! Headstrong is all over it and all information I asked for is included in confirmation/invoice!

Not the best pics with the weather but here are a couple after the lift. Bottom notch, HS 1/4' spacer, 1.5" blocks in rear. I wanted to keep some rake. For whatever reason the rake looks more pronounced in pictures than in person.
Big thanks to HS off-road, definitely worth the money to have the struts assembled!
