New 2020 TRD PRO TURNS OFF AFTER 30 MNIUTES

Hello fellas I have a 2020 TRD PRO and when I park and the truck is on with the engine on it turns off after 30 minutes? Does anyone know if I can fix that before I take the dealer..Once again the truck is on with engine on I park and then it shuts off after 30 minutes or so?

 

I've never experienced that, but I've also never idled that long... why are you leaving the truck running that long? Trying to negate the effects of all of us staying home and not contributing to CO2 emissions??

 

no lol I went out and meet someone and parked my new truck and then after 30 minutes it turned off all of a sudden? I re started it and then it happened again after another 30 minutes..

 

It’s probably by design so you can’t gas yourself out in a garage or run through a tank of gas if you lock your keys in it

 

I wonder if there is some default setting from the factory that does this? If so you can probably change that in your vehicle settings.

well I went to my girls house yesterday I parked in her driveway she got in I left the truck on with engine on and listing to music then it shut off? I re started it and 20 minutes later again it shut off? its a new 2020 trd pro, the dealer today told me to Bring it in tomorrow?

 

Have you driven it for more than thirty minutes at any given time?

I wonder if it would still shut off after thirty minutes of driving?

yes I have it only shuts down after I park with engine on? I am going to dealer tomorrow for diagnosis they told me!
