@FishnTx , Zatarans, good stuff. We eat it all the time, really like the red beans and rice. We found some link sausage with a smoked pecan flavor we add, mmmmm Good. Since I don't live in Louisiana anymore, this will have to do. One of my favorite Cajun dishes is Shrimp and Oyster En Brochette. Man those people know how to cook. Here in N.C., I finally found a BBQ place that sells Brisket very similar to what I used to eat in Texas, not quite as good, but way better than nothing.
