I removed my driver side door panel for cleaning cause I split coffee on it, but I’m having trouble unplugging one of the bigger white plug behind the panel. Any advice?

Small tab push in with a screw driver, and slide the housing of the connector back.

Grab some pliers and one strong tug will remove it.

I find it easier to undo the plugs from the switch panel before removing the entire door panel.

Just break it like I always seem to do. It’ll still plug back in.

If you're talking about the big plug for the windows under the buttons.Popup the window switch plate and unclip it. Makes it easy since you can get a grip on it.

When I did my puddle pods this was the worst part. I spent 30 minutes on it. I'm sure you got it by now but don't feel bad. It's a mother.
