it would seem that there is possibly NO season this year, its a disaster.

 

1994 all over again.

At least we got a teaser that year.

 

Millionaires fighting with billionaires over a game we love. The game loses and so do we. 2020 sucks!

 

Yup 2020 sucks, no baseball is the icing on the cake for this shitty year.

 

the only thing not shitty is the fuel prices
its been 20 years since i last saw these prices locally,
91c to 1.25 made me smile ear to ear!
like a kid in a candy store

 

I’d rather have baseball lol. That’s 3 1/2 hours I’m not driving anywhere so I save on fuel there lol

Just be happy all the prospects the dodgers gave up for Mookie and he will never take the field for them

 

Yeah, there's that. But politics has invaded pro sports on an epic scale. Not sure I can get past that. I love baseball, and have since I was 8 years old. A Giants fan since then. And that was the mid 60's. It's out of control now, and it ruins the enjoyment of MLB. Still love the game.

 

Agreed, sports use to be the escape from politics. I’m not a fan of paying to watch someone tell me how I should think. Saying goodbye to sports is easy except for baseball. That would be my hardest

maybe if they allowed 33 per cent capacity of fans (families can sit close together) to attend actual ballpark games, and give the vendors some needed work opportunities it would not be so whatever lol
but that's just me

maybe they will see after a couple weeks and hop to it idk

 

I’m happy but not happy. 60 games and full playoffs is nice but it still doesn’t feel like it’s real baseball.

 

whatever happens with these interrupted seasons in the mlb/nba/nfl/nhl/nascar/tennis is the least of the worries IMHO

at this pace and with all the chaos with in each respected league I am already concerned for the next 2021 seasons....

divided we fall, too much finger pointing blame game going on across the spectrum the owners the players the fans everyone...

but this time off has been nice for the yankees injured list so.... i think its time for another title, that would be number 28 I think...

it was a bit mental here for a while but it's all calmed down now
