You could try disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. You’ll lose the radio station presets but it might work.

Can you use the buttons on the wheel to control any other functions of the radio?
Does the Mode change, but no Sound?
Or does the radio not respond to any buttons?

Does the Volume work on the Radio itself?

Everthing response and the volume.does work on the radio itslef.

I saw a post saying that if the tweeter speakers go out the system wont play any audio. They had to get new tweeters and replace them and then radio went back to normal ..ima try that and see what happens

The stock radio may be toast
Edit: I wouldn't take it to the Stealership for this. You can find a nice aftermarket headunit at a LOCAL stereo shop with way more features.

Where are you located? if you're local to me I may be able to help with the install of a new head unit... it should fix your problem. Also is there a fuse on the back of the radio? if there is check that one
