Went off-roading on Crown King and noticed that my passenger rear shock reservoir was scratched or rubbing on something. Should I buy new bump stomps because I noticed my Gas tank had a slight scratch on the driver side from my leaf.

Do you have a picture of the leaf spring and gas tank? I think we both might have a similar issue.

I have the same Fox 2.0 shocks and I've busted the driver's side twice (leaking from main body then down shaft). I added the Hellwig AAL and see if It prevents it.

I have an AAL already which is helping the shocks not blowout but it’s the brake line running the reservoir.

I built a couple little brackets to push my brake cable out away from the spring retaining clips. I think you're going to need to do the same to clear that shock.

I looked around and I don't. I'll take one tomorrow while I'm working on removing my clip bolt so I don't puncture my fuel tank.

It's just 3 inches of strap metal. Not the prettiest or professional looking but it gets the job done.

Again I'm just an old guy in my own garage with basic hand tools. Please be kind. :)

The diagrams on Fox's web site doesn't show it, but if the resi clamp is easy to loosen, you can try moving the resi to the other side of the shock body, away from the parking brake cable sheath. Be sure to flex it out on a ramp to make sure the axle doesn't hit the resi, though.

I have a similar setup, but mounted my reservoirs up and away from the shock. I've been on a few runs after install, and haven't had any interference issues except the inside of the tire just barely touching the line at full stuff (easy fix). You may also want to get a roost shield for the passenger side...
